• Internet advertisements including Zoopla, RightMove, OnTheMarket, FindaProperty, Prime Location, Movenowproperties website and many more.
• A “To Let” board erected at property within 48 hours.
• Emails sent to our applicant database.
• Accompanied viewings week days up to 7.00pm / weekends up to 4.00pm.
• Property checklist which includes checking of gas certificate, smoke alarms, and any new changes in legislation.
• Signing of tenancy and providing up to date legislation paperwork such as a ‘how to rent’ checklist.
• First month’s rent collected and deposited into your chosen bank account.
• Providing your details to new tenants for future payments or property problems.

Included in our fees

• Set up fee (£180 including VAT).
• One off fee once a tenant is found and signed up we retain the first months rent to cover the following.
• A rental valuation of the property.
• Advertising as necessary, selecting tenants, arranging/carrying out viewings, dealing with negotiations.
• Legal and health and safety information with regard to letting your property, in accordance with current legislation.
• Collecting the first advance rental.
• Preparing and signing as Agent for The Owner a suitable tenancy agreement in accordance with current law.
• Providing tenants with your bank details and contact details for future payments and contact.
